Adam Peters – Director
Adam Peters started Peters Earthmoving with the goal of delivering dependable services supported by real-world experience. With over three decades in the heavy mechanical and earthmoving industries, Adam brings a high level of technical knowledge to every part of the business. His leadership style is hands-on, and he remains involved in all major decision-making, particularly around project planning, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
Adam is known for his attention to detail and focus on doing things properly from the outset. He’s led the business through its growth from a single truck to over 100 machines, all while maintaining a close connection to the day-to-day work and the people behind it. His respect for the team and clients has built a culture of loyalty and high standards.
It was Adam’s drive for quality and safety that led the business to achieve ISO accreditation, formalising the systems that reflect his values of doing things right, training well, and continuously improving.
